Dar\u00fcber hinaus wird untersucht, wie die Vertrauensw\u00fcrdigkeit des Suchmaschinenbetreibers und die Verl\u00e4sslichkeit des Suchmaschinenalgorithmus zum Vertrauen beitragen.<\/p>\n<p>Die zu erwartenden Ergebnisse helfen, berechtigtes und unangebrachtes Vertrauen in Suchmaschinen zu bestimmen. Einerseits bilden diese Bereiche gute Voraussetzungen f\u00fcr die Betrachtung von Vertrauen, andererseits k\u00f6nnen die Auswirkungen von Vertrauen dabei weitreichend sein. Vertrauen wird f\u00fcr Google und Ecosia getestet, da beide Suchmaschinen in ihrer verwendeten Technologie und ihrem Image als Marke kontr\u00e4r sind.<\/p>\n<p>In einer Laborstudie mit Stimulated-Recall-Interviews werden zun\u00e4chst Indikatoren f\u00fcr Vertrauen in der Websuche identifiziert und spezifische vertrauensbasierte Verhaltensweisen ermittelt. Daraus werden Items zur Messung des Vertrauens in Suchmaschinen generiert und mit Hilfe einer Umfrage validiert. Schlie\u00dflich wird das validierte Messinstrument f\u00fcr Vertrauen in einem Experiment verwendet, um die Zusammenh\u00e4nge mit Vertrauensw\u00fcrdigkeit\/Verl\u00e4sslichkeit und vertrauensbasiertem Verhalten zu testen. \nDie Kombination von Selbstausk\u00fcnften und tats\u00e4chlichen Verhaltensmessungen wurde bisher nur selten in Bezug auf das Vertrauen in Suchmaschinen verwendet.<\/p>\n<p>Als Teil des Projekts wurde eine Umfrage entwickelt, um die Suchmaschinenkompetenz der Nutzer*innen zu erfassen.
