Sonja von Mach M.A. was a researcher at the Department of Information at the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences. Already during her studies she was interested in search engines and the information needs of those searching.<\/p>\n

After several years working in public libraries, she became part of the RAT<\/a> team and was responsible for the design of research studies. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p><\/p>\n<\/div>
