Kardelen Bilir, M.Sc., is working as a research associate and research software engineer at the Department of Information, Media and Communication at the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences. She is primarily responsible for the technical development and maintenance of the “Result Assessment Tool (RAT)”.

Before entering academia, she worked in the private sector, focusing on software quality assurance and backend development in Java. She received her Master’s degree in Applied Computer Science with a focus on Information Engineering in 2025, following a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Computer Science with a focus on Media Informatics completed in 2021, both from the University of Duisburg-Essen.
