Natalie Tutzer

Natalie Tutzer M.A. is a doctoral researcher at the University of Education Freiburg with association to the Search Studies group at the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences. She investigates the effects of search engine optimisation (SEO) on the visibility and relevance of evidence-based health information online. She holds an M.A. in Social Anthropology from the University of Münster and a B.A. in Communication Management from Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences.
Natalie is based in Cologne and currently Head of Medical Writing at TAKEPART Media + Science GmbH. Her professional focus lies at the intersection of health education and digital communication. She is also a board member and spokesperson for media and AI at the German Network for Health Literacy (Deutsches Netzwerk Gesundheitskompetenz e.V.).
